Chicken can get boring very quickly. So we are alway look for a new spice mixture to help out. This one is amazing.

  • 1 Teaspoon of salt
  • 1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Mix up spicy and rub on both sides of boneless chicken. I make sure my chicken is less the 1/4 inche thick. I use a meat mallet to get it down to the right thinkness.
Cook at 425 F for 16-20 minutes – until meat termoeter reads 165 F
Usually does a 1 lb and 1/2 of chicken. Can use as a rub on whole chicken if you need to feed some non-FCS folks.
